Herbert W. Titus (1937–2021), a cum laude graduate of the Harvard Law School, was of counsel to the Virginia law firm of William J. Olson, P.C. Mr. Titus taught law at the University of Oklahoma School of Law (1964-66) and at the O. W. Coburn School of Law, Oral Roberts University (1979-82). He was co-author of a November 16, 2010, amicus curiae brief in opposition to Mr. Awad’s motion.
