Hallie Milner

Hallie Milner serves as a Donor Relations Officer for the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs and joined the staff in 2019. Previously, Hallie served as a Communications Associate for OCPA, a legislative reporter in the Oklahoma State Capitol, interned at various PR and Marketing departments in Oklahoma, and worked on seven state and national campaigns. Hallie has a B.S. from Oklahoma Christian University and an M.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
