Hallie Milner

Hallie Milner serves as a donor relations officer for the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs, joining the staff in 2019. Previously, Hallie served as a communications associate for OCPA, worked as a legislative reporter in the Oklahoma State Capitol, interned in various public relations and marketing departments across Oklahoma, and worked on twelve state and national campaigns. Hallie holds a B.S. in public relations, marketing, and international studies from Oklahoma Christian University and an M.A. in political communication from the University of Oklahoma.

Hallie is from Reydon, Oklahoma, and currently lives in Oklahoma City.
