Jonathan Small serves as President of the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs and joined the OCPA team in December of 2010. A recipient of the State Policy Network’s Thomas A. Roe Award, the Free Market Medical Association’s Be The Beacon Award, and the American Legislative Exchange Council’s Private Sector Member of the Year award, Small is nationally recognized for his work to advance free market based policy solutions, and known for his work to build and lead a durable freedom infrastructure shaping culture, policy, and politics for freedom and opportunity.
